Every year, over 50,000 Morgan Stanley employees worldwide sit through mandatory compliance training courses. And they’re as exciting as they sound. The firm engaged our agency to help raise the bar. With just 8 weeks and a small budget, we created a video campaign consisting of six animated vignettes that encourage employees to choose the right path over the wrong one. In the first month, the training completion rate was 19% higher than the average.
